Making
appointments: Call (425) 688-1888 (Press 0 ) and give the answering
service your name and number, and best time to reach you. Dr. Hellekson
will typically return your call within the next business day, Monday
through Thursday.
Prescription Refills: Have your pharmacy fax a request to (425)
696-0083. These will be filled typically within the next business day
Monday through Thursday. Routine refills requested Friday through
Sunday, or on a Holiday, will be filled the next business day. “On call”
doctors will only fill medications until the next business day and will
not refill controlled substances in most cases.
If you
want a prescription called into a new pharmacy, leave your name, DOB,
medication name and milligram dose, and the pharmacy phone and fax
number. Requests for refills beyond scheduled intervals will be charged
a fee.
Medical Insurance: Before your first visit, please call my
billing service, NW Clinical Billing, at 1-800-831-3322,or email
david@nwclinical.com at the
time of the first appointment, all arrangements must be completed with
NW Clinical Billing, or Payment in Full will be made. Be sure to
understand your mental health insurance benefits before your first
appointment. Co-pay’s must be paid at the time of the visit, by cash,
check or Visa/Mastercard.

david@nwclinical.com. Please track your monthly statement which
indicates what is owed by your insurance company and the balance of what
you owe. Payments not received after 120 days are subject to
collections. A charge will accrue for accounts over 60 days. There will
be a $25 charge for each returned check.
